The sale of products and services (“Products”) by Iget Electronics GmbH and its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates (“Iget Electronics GmbH”) are subject to these terms and conditions (“Agreement”) regardless of other or additional terms or conditions that conflict with or contradict this Agreement in any purchase order, document, or other communication (“Order”).
Preprinted terms and conditions on any document of customer (“Customer”) (for example: Orders or confirmations) and/or Iget Electronics GmbH’s failure to object to conflicting or additional terms will not change or add to the terms of this Agreement.
Iget Electronics GmbH will pass through to Customer any transferable Product warranties provided by the manufacturer for repair or replacement. In no case shall Iget Electronics GmbH be liable to pay an amount greater than that credited by the product manufacturer, less any outstanding invoices.
Customer may return Products only with a return material authorization (“RMA”) issued by Iget Electronics GmbH.
Conditions:
Liability is limited to the value of the Product. Excluded: loss of profit, loss of data, indirect damages, recall costs, and reputational damage.
Products are NOT intended for life-critical systems. Use in such cases is at the customer’s own risk.
Orders may be revoked before written acceptance. Shipment constitutes acceptance of terms.
Time is critical. Must follow agreed schedule. Late delivery may lead to rejection.
Delivery: DDP (Incoterms 2010). Risk transfers upon delivery.
Payment term: Net 90 days. Price includes shipping, taxes, VAT, and duties.
Inspection period: 60 days. If rejected, a full refund is required.
Supplier guarantees products are new and defect-free with a 2-year warranty. Failure thresholds apply (0.3% - 0.5%).
All tools and designs remain property of Iget Electronics GmbH.
All tariffs and import duties are 100% customer responsibility. Iget Electronics GmbH does not absorb or prepay these costs.
This document forms the entire agreement. No verbal agreements apply.
